Artificial Intelligence that actually fits your business

Most companies know they should be using AI. Fewer know where to begin, what to prioritise, or how to measure the return. We close that gap: specific models, trained on your data, deployed where they make a measurable difference.

The gap between AI hype and real results

Two sides of the same challenge we solve every week.

What we keep hearing

"We collected years of customer data but nobody analyses it." Or: "We tried a chatbot. It annoyed more people than it helped." Or the classic: "Our competitor says they use AI. We need something too." These are real quotes from first calls with clients across retail, logistics, healthcare and professional services in Wales and England.

The common thread is not a lack of ambition. It is a lack of a clear, costed plan that ties an AI capability to a specific business outcome, such as reducing invoice-processing time from four hours to twenty minutes, or predicting next-month churn with 85 per cent accuracy.

What we do about it

We start with the outcome you care about, not with the technology. During a two-week scoping phase we audit your data sources, interview the people who will use the system daily, and map the workflow from end to end. Only then do we recommend a model architecture.

If a rule-based script solves the problem, we say so. If a fine-tuned language model is genuinely the right tool, we build it, test it against your historical data, and hand over documentation your own team can maintain. No vendor lock-in, no mystery black box.

What we deliver

Each engagement is scoped to your data, your team and your budget.

Data readiness audit

We examine your databases, spreadsheets and third-party feeds. You get a scored report: what is usable now, what needs cleaning, and what is missing entirely. Typical turnaround is five business days.

Predictive modelling

Demand forecasting, churn prediction, lead scoring. We train models on your historical records, validate them against a hold-out set, and deploy them behind an API your existing software can call. Accuracy targets are agreed upfront.

Process automation

Document classification, invoice extraction, email routing. We combine OCR, NLP and workflow engines to remove repetitive manual steps. One logistics client cut their dispatch paperwork from 90 minutes per day to under 15.

Conversational AI

Customer-facing chatbots and internal knowledge assistants built on retrieval-augmented generation. We index your manuals, policy documents and FAQ content so the bot answers from your own material, not generic web data.

Computer vision

Quality inspection on production lines, shelf-stock monitoring in retail, damage assessment for insurance claims. We train object-detection and classification models on your labelled images and deploy them on edge hardware or cloud endpoints.

AI strategy workshops

A one-day or two-day session with your leadership team. We map every department's pain points, rank them by feasibility and impact, and leave you with a prioritised 12-month AI roadmap. No coding required on your side.

How an engagement unfolds

Four phases, clear handoffs, no surprises on the invoice.

  1. Discovery

A 60-minute video call where we listen. You describe the problem, the data you have, and the result you want. We ask pointed questions about volume, frequency and who will use the output. No charge for this call.

  2. Scoping and data review

Over one to two weeks we access sample data under NDA, test its quality, and draft a technical proposal. The proposal includes model type, infrastructure requirements, timeline and a fixed-price quote. You approve before any build work starts.

  3. Build and validate

Our engineers train, tune and test. You receive weekly progress updates with metrics: precision, recall, latency, whatever matters for your use case. We iterate until the agreed accuracy target is met on unseen data.

  4. Deploy and support

We integrate the model into your environment, whether that is AWS, Azure, on-premise servers or a simple REST endpoint. Documentation, monitoring dashboards and a 90-day support window are included in every project.

Questions we hear often

Not always. Some techniques like transfer learning and few-shot prompting work well with limited examples. During the scoping phase we assess whether your data volume is sufficient or whether augmentation strategies are needed. If the honest answer is "you need six more months of collection first", we will tell you that rather than force a premature build.

A focused predictive model can go from scoping to production in six to eight weeks. Larger automation programmes with multiple integrations usually run three to four months. The scoping document includes a week-by-week timeline before you commit.

Your data stays under your control. We work on encrypted environments, sign a mutual NDA before accessing anything, and delete all copies within 30 days of project completion unless you ask us to retain them for ongoing support. We do not use client data to train models for other customers.

Yes, and we prefer it. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement. We pair with your developers during the build phase, write internal documentation, and run a handover session so your team can maintain and retrain the model independently.

Projects range from roughly £8,000 for a contained model build to £60,000+ for enterprise-wide automation programmes. We quote fixed prices after the scoping phase. The discovery call is free, and the scoping phase itself is billed at a flat rate of £1,500, credited against the project fee if you proceed.

Let us talk about your data

Whether you have a concrete project in mind or just want to explore what AI could do for your team, the first conversation costs nothing. We will listen, ask a few questions, and give you an honest assessment within the call.
